A prompt will show how many Unlocks are needed. After confirming, the required Unlocks will be deducted from your balance.

You’ll instantly gain access to the user’s contact details and internal messenger. Reach out directly to offer your properties and close the deal.

How pricing works for agents
At Hunt A House, agents and agencies don’t pay monthly fees or sign up for subscriptions. Instead, we use a straightforward Unlock-based system: you only pay when you choose to view the contact details of a real property seeker.
Viewing contact details
When you find a listing that fits your property portfolio, simply click “View Contact Details” A popup will confirm how many Unlocks are needed. If you have enough balance, confirm the action — and the contributor’s contact details will be instantly revealed. You’ll only be charged once per listing, and you can return to that contact info anytime from your dashboard.
What Is an Unlock?
An Unlock is what you use to view the contact details of a contributor who has submitted a property inquiry. Every time you want to reach out to a user, you need to Unlock their listing.
Once a listing is Unlocked, the user’s phone number, WhatsApp, or other provided contact methods will be revealed so you can get in touch directly.
