BY ACCESSING OR USING THIS PLATFORM, YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

By using the HuntAHouse platform, you acknowledge and confirm that you accept these Terms & Conditions and agree that they govern your access to and use of the platform and its content. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and PropLogix LLC.


If you are accessing the platform on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, you must refrain from using the platform and its services immediately.

1. Introduction and Acceptance

1.1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and continuing to use the Platform, you confirm that you accept these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge and agree that these Terms & Conditions govern and condition your access to, and use of, the Platform and any Content.

1.2 Binding Agreement
You understand that these Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PropLogix LLC.

1.3 Authority to Bind
If you are using the Platform as a business entity or on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to legally bind that entity.

1.4 Rejection of Terms
If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, you may not access or use the Platform or any Content and should cease to do so immediately.

1.5 Who We Are
The Platform is owned and operated by PropLogix LLC, a UAE-based company. All services and infrastructure relating to the HuntAHouse platform are maintained and delivered under its direction.

1.7 Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of any updates.

1.8 Changes to the Platform
We may modify, suspend, or withdraw features or content from the Platform at any time for technical, legal, or business reasons.

1.9 Changes to Pricing
Pricing for platform features ("Unlocks") may be modified at any time. Updated prices will be reflected on the pricing page.

1.10 Transfer of Rights and Obligations
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organization. If this occurs, we will notify you and ensure the transfer does not affect your rights.

1.11 Third-Party Rights
These Terms are solely between you and PropLogix LLC. No third party shall have any rights to enforce these Terms.

1.12 Enforcement and Waiver
A delay or failure in enforcing these Terms does not mean we waive our rights. We may enforce them at a later time.

1.13 Severability
If any provision is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.

1.14 Access from Other Territories
We make no guarantee that the Platform or its content complies with laws outside designated operating territories.

1.15 Language
If these Terms are translated into another language, the English version will prevail in the event of any conflict.

1.16 Dispute Resolution
We encourage resolving disputes directly by contacting us. If resolution fails, these Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. You irrevocably agree that the UAE courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or these Terms & Conditions, including any dispute relating to the existence, validity, or termination of these Terms, or any contractual or non-contractual obligations. For convenience or procedural efficiency, PropLogix LLC also reserves the right to resolve disputes through the courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), where permissible by law.

2. Account Registration and Responsibilities

2.1 Accurate Information
By creating an account on the Platform, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.

2.2 Confidentiality of Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.3 Security Notification
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

2.4 Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account by contacting support@huntahouse.com.

2.5 Providing KYC Documents
To ensure compliance and validate business accounts, PropLogix LLC may require agents, agencies, or other business users to submit a valid trade license or equivalent documentation. Additional information or documents may be requested to verify your identity or legal capacity to act on behalf of a business entity. By submitting these documents, you confirm that they are genuine, accurate, and up to date.

3. Eligibility and Usage Conditions

3.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use the Platform.

3.2 Lawful Use Only
You may not use the Platform in any unlawful or harmful manner or for any unlawful purpose.

3.3 Prohibition on Misrepresentation
You must not impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity while using the Platform.

3.4 Valid Contact Information
You must only use phone numbers, contact details, and other identifiers that belong to you and not to others.

3.5 Compliance with Laws
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Platform.

4. Platform Restrictions

4.1 Prohibited Access
You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, servers, or databases.

4.2 Platform Integrity
You must not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.

4.3 Malware and Harmful Code
You must not upload or transmit viruses, worms, or any malicious code.

4.4 Scraping and Bots
You must not use automated systems to scrape or extract data from the Platform.

4.5 Commercial Exploitation
You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell, or exploit for commercial purposes any portion of the Platform or its Content without our prior written consent.

4.6 Spam and Abuse
You must not use the Platform to transmit spam or unsolicited communications.

4.7 Objectionable Behavior
You must not behave in a harassing, abusive, or objectionable manner toward others.

4.8 Consequences of Violations
Violations of these restrictions may result in immediate termination or suspension of your account and may be reported to legal authorities if deemed necessary.

5. Platform Content and Ownership

5.1 Ownership Rights
The Platform and its Content—including but not limited to all text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and software—are the property of PropLogix LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Limited License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and its Content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5.3 Personal Use Permissions
You may print or download one copy of any page(s) from the Platform for your personal use only, provided you do not modify the content or separate accompanying text and images.

5.4 Prohibition on Commercial Use
You must not use any Platform Content for commercial purposes without obtaining a license to do so from us or our licensors.

5.5 Reserved Rights
All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by PropLogix LLC and its licensors.

6. User-Generated Content

6.1 Non-Confidential Nature
Any content uploaded to the Platform, including listings and chat communications, is deemed non-confidential and non-proprietary.

6.2 User Ownership and License Grant
You retain ownership of your content but grant us and other users a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, store, reproduce, distribute, and display that content to provide and promote the Platform.

6.3 Backup Responsibility
You are solely responsible for securing and backing up your content.

6.4 Disclosure to Third Parties
We reserve the right to disclose your identity to any third-party who claims content you posted infringes their rights or violates privacy laws.

6.5 Content Moderation Rights
We may remove any content without notice if, in our sole opinion, it violates these Terms.

7. Reporting and Moderation

7.1 Illegal or Infringing Content
If you encounter content you believe is illegal or infringing, please report it immediately to support@huntahouse.com with full details.

7.2 Intellectual Property Complaints
If you own or represent ownership of intellectual property rights and believe content violates your rights, you must contact us with evidence. We will act promptly to investigate and may remove infringing content.

7.3 Platform Disclaimer on Listings
HuntAHouse is not responsible for verifying, moderating, or approving listings or their content. Listings are provided by Contributors and we are not liable for their accuracy or legality.

7.4 Right to Remove Content
We reserve the right to monitor and remove any listings or content that breach these Terms or applicable law.

8. Suspension and Termination

8.1 Breach of Terms
If we believe you are in breach of these Terms, we may take action including suspension or termination of your account, access restrictions, or legal action.

8.2 No Obligation to Justify
We are not obligated to provide justification for suspending, terminating, or removing your access or content.

8.3 Notification of Breach
We may or may not notify you in advance of actions taken due to violations of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 General Limitation
We do not seek to exclude or limit our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to this, our liability is limited as follows:

9.2 For Business Users
If you are using the Platform for commercial purposes, you agree that:

  • The Platform and Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
  • We exclude all implied warranties, conditions, and representations.
  • We shall not be liable for any:
  • Loss of profits, sales, revenue, or business;
  • Business interruption;
  • Loss of anticipated savings;
  • Loss of opportunity, goodwill, or reputation;
  • Loss or corruption of data;
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9.3 For Personal Users
If you are using the Platform for personal and non-commercial purposes:

  • You acknowledge that the Platform is provided for personal use only.
  • We do not warrant that the Platform or its content is fit for a specific purpose or error-free.
  • You must not rely solely on Platform content and are responsible for conducting your own due diligence.
  • If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are liable only for foreseeable losses caused by our breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
