Estimate the cash required to buy in Dubai, fee by fee, using figures you confirm yourself.
Private by design · No account needed
A sale in Dubai is registered with the Dubai Land Department, and the transfer itself is done at a registration trustee office rather than at the department. The charges you will meet are the department transfer fee, the trustee office fee, agency commission and, on a resale, the developer’s no-objection certificate.
The calculator below pre-fills nothing. What DLD charges, and what it is charged on, is Dubai Land Department’s to publish and ours to link to.
This estimate is incomplete
No figure entered for: Dubai Land Department transfer fee, Trustee office fee, Agency commission, Developer NOC fee, Other charges, Mortgage registration, Bank arrangement fee and Valuation fee. These are missing from the totals above, not counted as zero.
Planning and information only. Figures are estimates based on what you entered, are not checked by HuntAHouse, and are not professional, legal or financial advice. Fees are not pre-filled and are not verified against any official schedule. Timing varies — not every charge falls due on the transfer date.
