List your house on the MLS for $495. and you save THOUSANDS. Buyers will be able to get a picture of your home on the MLS, REALTOR.COM, The Wall STreet Journal, The Chicago Sun Times, America Online, MSN, and over 500 other web sites.

If we sell your home you pay 3% commission. If a Realtor from another company sells you home he/she recevives the 3% and we get 1/2%.The most you pay is 3-1/2%.

You can still sell your home yourself: if someone, not represented by a Realtor, wants to  purchase your home you pay 1% and we help negociate the contract, qualify the Buyer, write the contract, assist the Buyer to find financing, and attend the closing with you.
