The number of homes pending closing is the highest it has been in the last five years. That is nearly double any month in that time!
The inventory of homes for sale is the lowest they have been in the past six months.
Interest rates are quite low; many buyers can find rates less than five percent.
We have found some excellent rates with Amy Ownes of Kentucky Mortgage. She accepts calls even in the evenings (859)325-5736. Tell her you saw her name on our site, that will not get you a better rate, but she will appreciate our recommendation. Remember rates change daily, sometimes hourly, this was written May 7, 2010.
