    ·                          Pre-Qualification: We can arrange an interview with a mortgage broker so you can find out how much you can afford to pay for a home.

    ·                          Pre-Approval: Being pre-approved can give you extra status with a seller. After all a seller would rather choose an approved buyer than someone not approved.

    ·                          Know what price range to seek: Knowing what price range to seek saves you time and disappointment. You don’t want to fall in love with a house then find your payments are higher than you can afford.

    ·                          At our first meeting we can furnish you with an estimate of your closing cost, down payment and monthly payment. Again you know before you start shopping what you are getting into.  With good credit buyers can buy with NOTHING DOWN and some sellers pay the closing cost.

    ·                          We do not charge Buyers: The sellers pay our fee.

    ·                          New Listings can come to you by email. That’s right, you can sign up to have homes in your price range and area sent to you the day they come on the market.

    ·                          We can represent you and tell you the good and the bad of each property.

    ·                          Contracts: We include in each contract, inspection contingences, walk-throughs an other protective clauses.

    ·                           We will NEVER ask you to buy a house. We may tell you this home appears to be a good buy, but you decide. Not someone who presses you into the sale.
