All of the information on your home, including the picture, will also be placed on Realtor.com.  This is the most-visited real estate websites in the country.  Your home will not only go on Realtor.com but on MANY other websites as well. 

You can still sell your home yourself too!  If you sell your home to someone not represented by an agent, you pay only 1%.

If you sell your home to someone not represented by a Realtor, you pay the Realtor 3% and we receive just a half percent.  So the most commission you pay is 3 1/2%.
